Stories of Lives Being Transformed
PCI is proud to present its 2012 Annual Report, and proud we are. We’re celebrating the more than 6.3 million lives changed by our work in 58 programs in 16 countries. But the danger in international development work is reducing it down to just statistics and facts. The true power lies in the stories of an individual life renewed, of a community that is rewriting its future, and of a country whose healthcare system is entirely transformed because of a PCI program.
These stories behind the statistics remind us once again that we can make a difference to those living in need, and we must continue the fight to end poverty in our lifetime. Enjoy the read, and celebrate with us here.
