Nikolos Oakley is PCI’s Chief Financial Officer. He sets financial and operational strategies and overseas all aspects of financial operations as well as information technology and administration. Nikolos also provides staffing support to both the Finance and Audit Committees of PCI’s Board of Directors.
Prior to joining PCI, Nikolos served as Senior Director of International Finance at Lutheran World Relief, where he provided strategic decision support for the Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee, and other stakeholders. Mr. Oakley managed all aspects of the international business component including international treasury services, management and donor reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting, and oversight of compliance and financial management systems and internal controls.
Mr. Oakley has over 18 years of domestic and international experience in financial and business operations, compliance systems, and federal award implementation and has held various senior and executive positions at international nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and overseas.
Nikolos Oakley holds certificates in Post Graduate Management and Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Georgia Technical University
