Peg Ross, Vice President of People & Culture
Peg Ross is PCI’s Vice President of People & Culture. She leads the core human capital management functions and initiatives that support the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of PCI across the world.
Prior to joining PCI, Ms. Ross served as Director of the Grameen Foundation’s Human Capital Center, where she helped anti-poverty financial institutions strengthen and align their people practices with business strategy. In addition to her work in the non-profit sector, Ms. Ross has held HR leadership roles in the real estate, legal, financial, and distribution industries.
Ms. Ross holds a Master’s degree in organization development from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
